Fern and Fable Salon — Cancellation Policy Agreement At Fern and Fable, our team is dedicated to giving you an exceptional experience from the moment you walk in. As a small boutique salon, each appointment is reserved especially for you. Honoring this policy helps keep our business healthy so we can continue providing the high-quality service and peaceful, botanical vibe you love. To reserve your appointment, a valid card is required at booking. ⸻ Cancellations + Rescheduling We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Any appointment changed within that 48-hour window — even if you are simply moving it — will result in a 50% fee of the scheduled service. ⸻ Illness Policy If you’re feeling unwell, please reschedule. We truly appreciate you caring for the health of our stylists and every guest who visits. If an illness-related cancellation is made with less than 48 hours’ notice, the 50% fee still applies. ⸻ Changing Your Service To keep our schedule running smoothly and respectfully, we ask that you avoid changing your booked service within 48 hours of your appointment. If a service change is made inside that window (example: switching a full custom color to a haircut same-day), the half fee of the original appointment will be applied. ⸻ If We Need to Reschedule On the rare occasion that a member of our team needs to reschedule your appointment, any deposit you’ve made will be carried over to your next visit. Your time matters to us, and we do everything possible to keep your appointments consistent. ⸻ A Note About Appointment Timing Your time is valuable, and so is ours. Hair services are a luxury experience, and we want you to enjoy them without added stress. We kindly recommend avoiding taking off work or rearranging major commitments solely for your appointment. If you choose to do so, that is completely at your discretion. ⸻ Revision Policy Every stylist on our team pours their heart into creating beautiful, confidence-boosting hair. While we don’t offer refunds, if something feels off, please let us know. If you feel like we missed the mark, reach out within two weeks of your appointment, and we’ll be happy to offer one complimentary adjustment. We do ask that all home care instructions we provide are followed, as proper maintenance keeps your hair — and your results — looking their absolute best.
